If your order was successfully placed on OOFOS.CA, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. This email contains your DHL tracking number.
You can also access your order information, which contains a tracking link under your account. If you do not receive either of these emails within 48 hours of placing your order please reach out to our Customer Care Team at info@oofos.ca so they can assist you.
