To make sure our warehouse is able to get everyone's order out as quickly as possible, we aren't able to cancel or make adjustments to the size, style, shipping speed, billing address, or delivery address of an order once it has been placed in our system.
For a new size or style, we would be happy to help with a return for a refund and you can purchase the intended item as is convenient for you. .
For an updated address, sometimes DHL may be able to assist once they're in possession of the package. Their support team can be reached from their website directly, by entering your tracking number once available. Please note some shipping options are limited by the stage in the shipping process, so we would advise reaching out as soon as you're able.
